Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times We offer a unique selection of building block sets. To provide the best variety and prices, our inventory is managed in two ways:

• Local Stock (Montreal): Items in stock locally are delivered within 2 to 5 business days across Canada and the USA.

• Direct from Supplier (International): Some of our larger or specialized sets are shipped directly from our international partners to offer you the best value. These items typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days.

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Optionnel : Si tu offres la livraison gratuite, écris plutôt : We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.)

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes BrickNova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
